Callie Freeman Promoted to The Management Team

Peoples Bank of East Tennessee is pleased to announce the promotion of Callie Freeman to the Bank’s Management Team.

Callie currently serves as Human Resources Director and brings more than 13 years of banking experience to her role, including 12 years with Peoples Bank of East Tennessee. Throughout her tenure, she has played an integral role in supporting employees across all areas of the organization, ensuring that our people, culture, and values remain at the forefront of everything we do.

In her leadership role, Callie works closely with all departments and branches, providing guidance, support, and thoughtful oversight in matters that impact every employee of the bank. She is known for her ability to step back, consider multiple perspectives, and help guide decisions that serve both our employees and the long-term interests of the bank.

Callie’s passion for serving others, her commitment to professional development, and her strong ties to the communities we serve reflect the principles that define Peoples Bank of East Tennessee. In addition to her work at the bank, she remains actively engaged with local educational institutions and community organizations, further demonstrating her dedication to leadership and service.
